Flight interview prep!

This lesson prepares nurses interested in flight and critical care transport to successfully navigate scenario-based flight interviews. Participants will review common components of the flight hiring process, including written examinations, personality interviews, and tabletop clinical scenarios. Emphasis is placed on verbalizing clinical reasoning, maintaining organized patient assessments, recognizing high-priority interventions, and demonstrating sound clinical judgment. Case-based discussion includes STEMI, carbon monoxide poisoning, pediatric epiglottitis, and pediatric anaphylaxis.
